Frazier Products is open Monday through Saturday most weeks except U.S. and Catholic holidays.

Orders placed between 9:00 pm Central Time and 3:00 pm will be shipped the next business day (or Saturday for USPS.)

Note that USPS Priority always gets to California and points West in two-three days, while UPS take 4-6 days at about the same cost.

We ship primarily by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. It is very efficient, cost-effective and reliable. Less packages are lost or damaged via USPS Priority than any other method we've tried. Also, they deliver on Saturday at no extra cost. The only drawback is they don't run on any U.S. Gov't. holidays.

If your package arrives damaged via USPS, please call us immediately and we'll make arrangements for your satisfaction. For damaged UPS packages, call UPS to report the damage. After your report is made, let us know so you are not without filtration while waiting for UPS for pay damages.
